valid entries received by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service, for draw

17. Winners will be contacted via email and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus
acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to
communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that
winner and allocate that prize to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

18. Players may win more than one prize, because winning is based on the amount of stakes

19. Prize payments will be made to the winners’ account within 5 working days of the draw date.

20. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to the

22. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be under age,
or invalid id or verification), the Promoter reserves the right to withhold payment of the Prize and if
necessary award the Prize to an alternate entrant.

23. There is no alternative to any cash prize offered in whole or part and withdrawal of prize

24. No responsibility is accepted for game plays or stakes lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission for any
reason.

25. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the
Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

26. The winners are liable for any relevant taxes applicable to legally claim their Prize.
