6. Entry to Free Prize Draws: During the times and dates outlined above, for every total £10 cash wagered (or local currency equivalent as indicated), you will receive 1 ticket (or 2 tickets*). This promotion is available across multiple currencies and for the purposes of this promotion, the equivalent required stakes in alternative currencies will be based on the rounded conversion rate of 10GBP and the nearest whole
number, for example: £10 = €12.

7. Entries are made automatically upon meeting the criteria and the number of free entries into the draw are
directly related to the amount staked on the qualifying slot games, by each registered account. There is no limit as to number of entries.

15. The Winners will be selected in a random draw (one for each week) to be conducted from all valid entries
received by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service, within one working day of the relevant closing date, see table in clause 1.

16. Winners will be contacted via email and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the
prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner.

 

17. Players may win more than one prize, because winning is based on the amount of stakes wagered across
qualifying slots games, not per person or per player account.

18. Prize payments will be made to the winners’ account within 5 working days of the draw date.

19. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) prior to the award of the
prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner via email or other method. Those failing to respond to such notification within 14 days risk disqualification and the award of the prize to an alternate entrant.

20. In the event that a winners’ account is in debt or dispute (by the player or the company) prior to the award of the prize, the promoter reserves the right to pay the prize award less any amount owed by the player.

21. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be under age, or invalid id
or verification), the promoter reserves the right to withhold payment of the prize and if necessary award the prize to an alternate entrant.

22. There is no alternative to any cash prize offered in whole or part and prize payments do not carry a wagering requirement prior to withdrawal.

23. No responsibility is accepted for game plays or stakes lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission for any reason.

24. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and
which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

25. The winners are liable for any relevant taxes applicable in order to legally claim their prize.

26. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

27. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with relevant Data Protection laws and best practice. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

28. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

29. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and
conditions.

30. This promotion is available to multiple sites and therefore winners may be selected across multiple sites.

31. We reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, unless the change is favorable to the participant (including, making the Promotion Terms fairer to you or easier to understand), in which case prior notice will not be given.
