1. The above promotion will run from 00:00, 25th August 2017 until 23:59, 15th September 2017. (“Promotion Period”). Within the Promotion Period there will be 3 weekly draws.

6. Entry to Prize Draws: During the times and dates outlined above, for every £10GBP cash staked (or local currency equivalent as indicated below) on qualifying slot games (see point #2 of these terms herein) you will gain one (1) entry into the relevant weekly slots prize draw.

7. Entries are made automatically upon meeting the criteria and the number of entries into the draw are directly related to the amount staked on the qualifying slot games, by each registered account. There is no limit as to the number of tickets you many earn or prizes that can be won.

11. £10GBP (or local currency equivalent ‐ for exact currency amounts see currency table below) threshold stake is cumulative, so can be made up of multiple stakes of smaller amounts.

12. This promotion is available across multiple currencies and for the purposes of this promotion, the equivalent required stakes in alternative currencies will be based on the rounded conversion rate of 10GBP and the nearest whole number.

13. The Prizes: All prizes will be paid into the winning players’ registered account on Fly Casino in either £GBP or the equivalent in local currency within 5 working days of the draw date.

15. The winners will be selected in a random draw (one for each week) to be conducted from all valid entries received by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service.

16. Winners will be contacted via email and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.

17. Players may win more than one prize, because winning is based on the amount of stakes wagered across qualifying slots games, not per person or per player account.

18. Prize payments will be made to the winners’ account within 5 working days of the draw date.
19. In the event that a winners’ account has been closed (by the player or the company) for any reason prior to the award of the prize, such prizes will be forfeited to the Casino.

20. In the event that a winners’ account is in debt or dispute (by the player or the company) prior to the award of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to pay the Prize award less any amount owed by the player.

21. In the event that a winners’ account is deemed to be ineligible (for example found to be under age, or invalid id or verification) such prizes will be forfeited to the Casino.

22. There is no alternative to any cash prize offered in whole or part and withdrawal of prize payments can only be made in accordance with the general terms and conditions of Fly Casino.

23. No responsibility is accepted for game plays or stakes lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission for any reason.

24. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

25. The winners are liable for any relevant taxes applicable in order to legally claim their Prize.

26. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

27. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with relevant Data Protection laws and best practice. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

28. The Promoter’s decision in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

29. These terms & conditions are additional to the standard terms & conditions for the participating website, and by participating in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

30. This promotion is available to multiple sites and therefore winners may be selected across multiple sites.

31. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, unless the change is favourable to the participant (including, making the Promotion Terms fairer to you or easier to understand), in which case prior notice will not be given.
